The FCWA is required to provide, present and serve hot and cold food provision at ward level to patients via regeneration trolleys following clear operational processes. This will also include beverages and snack provision where applicable, and as advised by clinical direction. A certain amount of cleaning will be required within this role, in regard to cleaning equipment, trolleys and regeneration areas and kitchens as per local arrangements. Individuals will need to be adaptable, self-motivated, work to clearly defined operational goals to complete tasks as required by UHNM. The role will also involve on the job training and an understanding of a range of other routine work procedures of the same banding criteria within Facilities services that fall outside the FCWA role an example but not limited to - cleaning/uniform services in line with local training arrangements. There may occasionally be a requirement to work across other sites within UHNM.
