Role Summary
The role of this Renal Transplant HCA post is flexible, and the post holder will therefore, be required to provide support over a wide range of service/functions within an outpatient or within a ward setting. Key to this flexibility is the requirement for staff to work variable hours on a week by week basis within agreed limits.

We require a motivated, committed person to join our team in the busy Renal Transplant Outpatient Department at Royal Stoke
The successful candidate will need to be flexible in their working practice and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Our Health Care Assistants undertake a variety of interesting roles, which include phlebotomy and reception duties. Training will be provided.
