Main duties of the job

As part of the FM Services Team, the FM Services  Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily delivery of an efficient and effective customer focussed quality service, appropriately and on time. The scope of the service being, but not limited to Cleaning, Residencies and Catering. Liaise with, and maintain business relationships with representatives of management within the Trust and other agencies as requested.

  • Experience and knowledge of the Facilities operational services ran by the Trust
  • Ability to follow instruction and provide information, training, process and procedures to other Facilities staff

  • Knowledge and understanding of the relevant Trust Policies & Procedures relating to Facilities Department
  • To have an understanding of H&S, COSHH and Risk Assessments
