Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer to work within our busy recruitment office based at UHNM. 

This role requires you to provide an effective and efficient full Recruitment service to the Trust. This is a fast paced environment where you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment team ensuring an efficient service is provided in the recruitment of staff. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload therefore good organisational and communication skills are essential.

Main duties of the job

Duties involve liaising daily with internal and external candidates, Hiring Managers, external service providers and various staff across the Trust at all levels.

You will also use various recruitment databases where necessary training will be provided

You will have good IT skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and a working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.

  • Good standard of education with basic literacy and numeracy skills (e.g. 5 GCSEs at A-C including Maths and English or equivalent qualification)
