The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust (UHNM) is a large teaching hospital serving over 3 million people. The Trust has 2 hospital sites; The Royal Stoke Hospital and County Hospital in Stafford.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Operational Services Manager within the Pharmacy Directorate working closely with the Clinical Director, Directorate Manager and senior leadership team.

You will have a key role supporting the efficient and effective operational management of the Pharmacy Directorate working across a range of projects together with Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians across both Stoke and County Hospital sites.

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic person who would like to further develop their career within a management role and contribute to the continual development of a proactive high quality Pharmacy service. You must have excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships. The ability to manage a busy workload and to prioritise, quickly find solutions and to focus on critical issues when decision making is essential.
