You will be responsible for optimising the resources of the Directorate in order to deliver safe and effective patient care; along with assisting in the design and implementation of business & service plans to deliver the strategic aims of the Directorate. You will use your experience of project management and delivery of change to ensure that all elements of the NMCPS Target Operating Model are realised.

Educated to first degree level or with an equivalent level of experience in leading a service; you will be able to demonstrate business management knowledge.  You must be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload effectively and work with a high level of autonomy.
