An opportunity has arisen within the Executive Suite, for a highly capable Personal Assistant wishing to work in a demanding, pressurised and rewarding environment. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to provide cover during a period of maternity leave.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to provide a full Personal Assistant service, which will include the management of complex diaries and actioning incoming emails. In addition you may be expected to provide a full administration service for Executive meetings. The successful candidate will be required to work on their own initiative on a daily basis and will be required to action queries on behalf of the Chairman and Executive Directors.

- GCSE C or equivalent in Maths and English
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience in similar administrative role and managing complex diaries
- Effective communication skills written and verbal
