Our Neurosurgical ward  at  UHNM have an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse leader as the Charge Nurse/ Senior Sister .

You will be a registered nurse with an excellent track record of success in leading a team. You will be passionate about patient care and have the foresight and ability to facilitate and sustain change.

You will have evidence of degree level study  and recent study development and  will be willing to undertake further study to facilitate you in your role. You will require at least   2 years within a senior nursing leadership role. A knowledge of neurosurgery  and Level 1 care would be advantageous .You must be willing to develop the team under your leadership and lead change with confidence and care.

We will provide you with a supportive environment and you will have a mentor within the Division to help you in your role. You will receive support from your own team, with clinicians who are eager and willing to help you with the continued development of this ward.
