Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking, dynamic individual to join the Children's Women's and Diagnostics (inc Oncology & Haematology) Division. The Division is the largest clinical division within the organisation with 6 diverse directorates: Pathology, Imaging, Pharmacy, Oncology & Haematology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Child Health, providing services across a large geographical area.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will join a strong Divisional Management Team who work together to optimise resources in order to deliver high quality, safe and effective patient care. You will have operational and strategic experience and will be able to demonstrate leading large scale change, transformation and continuous improvement. You will have the drive to champion innovative developments whilst maintaining an operational focus building on the enthusiasm and capability of our directorate teams to ensure the sustainability of top quality service provision, in line with the UHNM Trust Values.
