An experienced leader is sought, coming from an established background in property, building services management and maintenance, you will put your core skills and experience to great use in this busy fully involved role, which will primarily be based on the Royal Stoke site. You will provide compassionate and effective leadership in this high profile role which offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with aspirations and ambition of attaining Executive Board leadership roles in the future.

- The post holder will be educated to Degree level in Building Services or a Mechanical/Electrical discipline
- Knowledge of Fire safety management systems and designs
- Formal qualification in Health and Safety Risk Management
- Formal qualification in Project Management
- Knowledge of energy & sustainable management processes & legislation
- Experience of effective management of large & complex budgets and delivery of Cost Improvement Plans.
- A proven success in business planning and in the development and effective implementation of strategic plans
- Experience of operating at board level and working closely with Senior Executives of NHS Acute Trusts
- Extensive experience of developing service specifications and performance monitoring systems across a broad range of Estates/Facilities services in a number of in-house /contract settings
