Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Imaging Directorate  for an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join the team as an Imaging HelpDesk/Receptionist.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for individuals wishing to gain exposure to a wide range of skills.

They support the Imaging services of X-Ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound.

The staff are all very committed to the job and have a lot of pride in working in their roles.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job:

Welcome patients into the Imaging Department and attend them on the Imaging Computerised system.  The patients attending could be for X-Ray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound.

Also the Receptionist will have administration duties using a PC to include emails, some knowledge of Microsoft office (WORD). 

The Receptionist is responsible for keeping the Reception area clean and tidy. 

Liaise with all Modality Team Leaders and staff in the Imaging Department.
